The Work Division

Every club has its own club committee including MMU Volleyball Club. Each committee has different roles and responsibilities in order to make the club successful, fun and thriving. It is important to ensure the individuals are appointed to roles that suit their strengths and personality. They should understand what is expected of them regarding time, effort and commitment.

 

The president of MMU Volleyball Club, Nasri Hayima, from Faculty of Engineering. The president is an honorary position in the club and acts as the club’s representative. His exact job is to plan and organise any club activities. Other than that, he is also expected to provide advice and assistance to any other committee as required.

 

Next, is the vice president, Anis Fatinah, from Faculty of Creative Multimedia. Her job is to help and assist the president. To add, as the vice president of the club, she is responsible to attend meetings, monitor committees and ensure the succession of the the planning of the club activities. 

 

The secretary part is filled by Chong Zhi Ying, from Faculty of Applied Communication. She is responsible to ensure meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Helps to maintains and processes all incoming and outgoing documents in the club. She is also responsible to attend all meetings as required by the President.

 

Team activities, Tan Jia Hua, from Faculty of Computing Informatics. His job is to train active club members with their funplay and other activities 

 

Next, we have, public relation filled by Muna Irsalina, from Faculty of Management. Her job is to establish a newsletter or other publication like picture and videos on social medias to promote the club. She is also responsible to attend meetings with the advisors of the university. It is to keep track of what the club is doing also as the safety of the members in the club.

 

Chai Hao Xuan, from Faculty of Computing Informatics, responsible for the special task of the club. His job is to help other committees with their extra task including the safety and the equipment of the club.

 

Last but not least, the welfare of the club, Tan Qian Wen, from Faculty of Management, responsible for the budget, records of income and expenditure of the club. Ensure all cash are promptly lodged to club’s account and funds are spent properly. At the end of the year, she is expected to prepare and present accounts for the end-of-year financial report. Other than that, she is also responsible to seek sponsorships for the club.
